Bus Operators are responsible for:
- Providing Safe and Reliable Bus Service
- Performing Exceptional Customer Service
- Ensuring Passenger Safety
- Accurately Collecting Bus Fare
- Monitoring and Reporting Mechanical Issues

- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year of Bus Operating experience.
- Valid South Carolina Class B CDL with passenger endorsement and air break provisions.
We take care of our Bus Operators!
Hourly rates range from $19.60 to $24.49/hour. Dependent on years of experience.
Flexible schedules, shift differential pay, and overtime opportunities are offered to all Bus Operators!
This includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k)/457(b), Paid Time Off, and supplemental options!
Enjoy the benefits of the South Carolina P.E.B.A. retirement system which vests after eight (8) years of service (or Five (5) years if Class 2 member)!
